Day 1
Encanto leaving the Marquesas Islands
On ward to the Tuomotu Archapeligos
First Mate:
10:00 AM: Anchor up, tummies filled with Russian Apple Pancakes, Ratlines up and ready, Anchor up and we are off to the Tuomotus, so nicknamed the "Tomatoe Islands", where the coral reefs surrounding the atolls are treacherous and intimidating to all sailors. Two nights ago, our Captain had a restless night, dreaming about this venture, anticipating all aspects; as best as he could, he has prepared us. For all of us, this will be entering new territory, new encounters and new waters.
